The conscience

I think the most amazing thing God ever created, is conscience. That sense of what is right and wrong that governs our thoughts and actions. If conscience was our guide, the world would be a better place to live in. Why? Because conscience urges us to do what is right rather than what is wrong. On Judgement Day, no one can claim they did not know their actions were wrong. We all know but somehow choose to ignore our conscience. Pride then aggravates the situation by preventing us from heeding the inner voice to right our wrongs.

Currently, the hottest potato in the world is homosexuality. Homosexuals insist that what they are doing is right. It is the way they are, they claim. How can something that is anti-procreation and therefore anti posterity of humanity be normal? I grew up on the farm raising my father’s cattle but never did I ever see a bull mounting another. The continuity and increase of my father's herd was dependent on the virility of the only bull in the kraal and its frolics with the cows. Thus homosexuality is an enemy of optimism. People who belong to that group, cannot reproduce if they were separated and left to their own devices. It would not be long before they vanish from the face of the earth through extinction.

I find it unusual that some learned friends spend a bulk of their brains and time justifying homosexuality. It gets worse when some professing Christians and church leaders (maybe wolves in sheepskin?), jump on the bandwagon; hiding behind the Jesus-loves-them rhetoric while pushing their agenda of accepting something the Bible itself calls "detestable." Yes, Jesus loves all sinners, but cannot condone their evil. He saved an adulterous woman from being lynched but he also told her point-blank: "Go and sin no more."
